In Nov. 2003 I was struck by a car while walking. Luckily I had enough years in to retire. After wasting 3 years with American doctors, prescription drugs and not being able to even drive, I said "enough is enough". I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, accupunture, suppliments, REIKI and Tachyon. I joinned a gym and started working out at my own pace. al limitatins, but I don't do any more prescribed drugs. I discoverd that from working in constuction so many years, I could lift alot of weight on certain machines. My favorite machine was Lat-Pulldowns. I found out that I was beating a world record for 3 years. James Clark had the most weight lifted in one hour (91,000 lbs). He holds 30 or more world records. On Aug 4,2012 I set a new record of 186,545.42 lbs. Record Holders Republic allowed me to set the record as long as I only took credit for weight corrected for the mechanical advantage of the machine. I lifted 270 lbs. but could only take credit for 196.3636. I agree that this is fair to everyone. I did 950 reps at 196.3636 and a lift of 1.5 feet. The record is in foot pounds also (279,818.13 ft-pds.). March 30th I set a 5 minute record (184 reps, 42,878 lbs. and 45,021.396 ft-lbs.). I hope I can set a few more in the future. On Nov. 9, 2013 I broke my 1 hour record and set another for a total of 4 World Records. In 1 hour I did 330,313.84 lbs. That is 1576 repetitions at 209.59 lbs. and the weight was lifted 1.10 ft. per rep. for a total of 363,345.22 foot pounds. I also did over 500,000 lbs. in 1 hour 39 minutes and 20 seconds. That's 2386 repetitions at 209.59 lbs.".
